UBS Forecasts Nvidia Q1 Revenue Surpassing Expectations Amid Challenges

UBS analysts predict Nvidia is on track to report $44 billion in revenue for the April quarter, just above the $43 billion guidance from the company. This positive outlook may help ease investor fears regarding Nvidia’s near-term growth despite existing regulatory and supply chain challenges.

Revenue and Earnings Projections

  • Revenue: $44 billion vs. $43 billion guidance
  • Adjusted EPS: $0.76 forecast vs. $0.89 consensus
  • Q2 Guidance: $44.6 billion projected vs. $46.5 billion estimate

Even with a maintained Buy rating from UBS, analysts have lowered the 12-month price target from $180 to $175 due to expected margins being impacted by the U.S. export ban on H20 GPUs.
