Apple’s App Store Revenue Growth Slows, But Momentum Signals Upside Potential

Apple’s App Store revenue growth experienced a slowdown in February, expanding approximately 13 percent year-over-year, compared to 18 percent in January. The deceleration, attributed to tough year-over-year comparisons in both US and international markets, reflects a challenging environment for revenue growth.

Despite this, Apple maintains a strong quarter-to-date growth trend at around 15 percent, suggesting resilience in its Services segment.

UBS analysts remain optimistic, holding a price target of $236 for Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL), treating the recent slowdown as a temporary setback rather than a long-term concern.

In conclusion, while the App Store growth shows signs of slowing, the underlying strength in QTD trends suggests potential resilience that investors should watch closely.
